• Payment Information: Card, UPI and bank details are never stored on FootChakra servers. They are tokenized and processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner, Razorpay. We retain only transaction reference IDs, payment status, and amount paid.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, device identifiers, and time spent on pages.

• Verify your identity through SMS-based one-time passwords (OTPs) at sign-up and login
